Shipment of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of your payment via Post NL with tracking and delivery without signature. You will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online.Shipping costs within the Netherlands € 6.95 and outside the Netherlands € 12.- include handling, packaging and postage. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to pack it. You can also choose to pick up your order. Pick up is free. The Netherlands: Free shipping from €60, Belgium & Germany: Free shipping from €75.

Returns

You can let us know within 14 days that you want to return the product. After this period you have another 14 days to actually return the product. You will then receive your money back within 14 days. Return shipments are at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that have been opened.
